At Residence Montebello, we are happy to welcome your pets, provided they are small-sized, with a limit of two per apartment. To ensure a peaceful and safe stay for everyone, we kindly ask you to follow some important guidelines:
- Animal Control:
Keep your pets on a leash or in your arms when in the common areas of the residence. It is important that they do not disturb other guests or damage the facilities. - Cleanliness:
Please clean up after your pets in the outdoor areas and keep the indoor spaces clean and tidy, kindly avoiding allowing them on the beds or sofa. - Safety:
For the safety of all guests, make sure your pets are always supervised, especially when near shared areas such as the pool or children’s play area. - Cleaning Contribution:
Since the presence of pets requires more thorough cleaning protocols, a small additional charge will be applied to the cost of your stay for the final cleaning. This contribution allows us to ensure the highest level of cleanliness and hygiene for you and future guests.
We thank you for your cooperation and understanding, and we hope your stay at Residence Montebello will be comfortable and enjoyable for you and your faithful four-legged friends.
