Here is some useful information for your arrival.
Check-In
Check-in time is from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM, and it is organized so that you can access your apartment directly. On the day of arrival, you will be provided with all the necessary information to access the accommodation via email.
To facilitate the check-in process, we kindly ask you, if you haven’t already, to fill out the online guest registration form using the link received by email. This will allow you to avoid waiting upon arrival.
At 7:00 PM, our manager will be present at the residence to complete the check-in procedures in person. In case of arrival after the scheduled time, a small late check-in fee will be applied due to the need for after-hours intervention.
Upon entering the garden, you will find a map showing the layout of the apartments, so you can easily locate your accommodation.
